Terms of Service

Bookings and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment
• Prices are listed in US dollars and include all applicable fees
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe
• You must be 18 or older to create an account and make purchases

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by class and will be clearly stated at the time of booking
• Refunds are issued at the discretion of Little Green Art Studio
• In the event a class is cancelled by the studio, a full refund or credit will be issued

Memberships and Credits

• Studio credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Membership terms including duration and credit amounts are as described at time of purchase
• Credits expire as stated in the membership terms

Conduct

• Participants are expected to treat instructors, staff, and other students with respect
• Little Green Art Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy

Photography and Media

• Little Green Art Studio may photograph classes for promotional purposes
• By enrolling, you grant permission for your image to be used in studio marketing materials unless you notify us otherwise at hello@littlegreenartstudio.com

Children

• Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their child's profile information including allergies and medical needs
• Little Green Art Studio is not liable for incidents arising from undisclosed medical conditions

Limitation of Liability

Little Green Art Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or participation in classes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
