- Children's profile information: child's name, birthday, allergies, school, and emergency contact details when you add a child to your account
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers
- Booking information: class registrations, attendance history, and booking status
- Photos: images you upload for class-specific forms, stored via Cloudinary
- Communications preferences: whether you have opted in to SMS or email communications
- Newsletter subscriptions: email address if you subscribe to our mailing list

SMS Communications
If you opt in to SMS notifications, we will send you class reminders and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Email Communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you information about new classes and events. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: Stripe, Clerk, Twilio, Resend, Cloudinary, Supabase, and Vercel.

We retain your account and booking data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at hello@littlegreenartstudio.com.
Children's Privacy
We collect information about children only as provided by their parent or guardian for the purpose of class enrollment. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

Our platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
